This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the return and refund procedures for purchases made through Simplico (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.simplico.org (“Website”). By placing an order on this Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility and Conditions
Subject to the terms below, we accept returns for certain items purchased through our Website within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order number) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Digital goods and downloadable products
Membership and subscription fees
Gift cards or store credit
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with these conditions.
2. Return/Refund Authorization Policy
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Request Authorization: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. Please ensure the return is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as digital goods, downloadable products, membership and subscription fees, etc.) are not eligible for return.
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at www.simplico.org
We will, at our sole discretion:
Issue a full or partial refund,
Accept a return and/or offer an exchange or replacement, or
Provide store credit.
We reserve the right to inspect the item prior to processing any claim.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds will not include any shipping or handling charges incurred at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges and replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, contact us at www.simplico.org
Otherwise if you need to make a change to your order, please contact us prior to shipping your item.
6. Shipping Returns
You must have a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping your return (see above).
Unless the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). There is no cost for restocking fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
